Taking Puddy Girl to the vet can be stressful—on her!  She always lets me know when she's upset.  It's one of the rare cases in which said female feline voices her displeasure, and she does so LOUD and CLEAR.  I stumbled onto a solution for keeping her calm, which may be of interest to those of you who know the terrors a stressed pet can introduce.

    My cat never lets me pet her belly! Any advice for getting an anxious cat in the cat carrier?

    Oh, that's a tough one ... don't let her see the carrier until you're ready to pick her up and put her in. Let me think about that one some more and I'll add more later. Let me know if that helps!
